Independence and Integrity |

We understand that independence and integrity throughout the whole Board Evaluation process is incredibly important, therefore it is our utmost priority to provide a truly independent and effective review. We further understand that our prior positions with clients may hinder our ability to act in a truly independent manner. Therefore, when conducting Board Reviews for existing clients, the client manager is not included within the process, allowing for an objective evaluation that is truly effective for the client. |
